Delegating SGB using the Bifrost wallet and how to setup a Bifrost SGB derivation address

We’ve seen many comments under Mickey’s YouTube video’s of people who have never delegated to a signal provider (STSO) so here is an example video of wrapping and delegating SGB using the Bifrost wallet

In this little screen recording I’ll show you how to set up derivation addresses in your Bifrost wallet which you can all access using the same password.

This might come in handy if fi you also want to hold the SGB of your partner in the same wallet, or fi you want to delegate to more than two FTSO’s at the same time, or keep your NFT’s in a seperate wallet for privecy reasons.

You still have privacy between your derived private addresses as they cannot be linked. However, as with anything linked to seed phrases, if one part of your wallet is compromised and the private keys or seed phrase is revealed, all derived addresses in that wallet would also be compromised.

I did a bit of searching and found an old video that I recorded in which I explane how to find the wallet address of a random SGB NFT. And that for that reason one might choose to keep ones funds separate from the wallet in which we hold an NFT that we for instance use as an avatar.

Excuses for the poor sound quality.
